Retro-blogging fail. I forgot to add my post about Casual Connect Hamburg, Germany.
February 10-12, 2010 was Casual Connect Hamburg. The excellent news (other than great meetings with wonderful partners and learning about new opportunities) was that the new Radisson Blu hotel had finished construction. Last year, the building was completely under scaffolding during my visit.
The completion of the hotel is good news because it is connected to the conference hall and that means that we didn’t have to walk in the snow to get there! Success!
One of the events that we attended was held at the beautiful Church of St. Michaelis. The event was held in the grotto and guests were invited up to the spire for a drink (but it was SO cold and windy that it was a short visit at the top before coming back down!).
